Bolivia, 3310, Radio Mosoj Chaski, 0002-0015, Just
starting to fade in with regular
music and some chatter by a female in Spanish. I
usually hear this in my mornings,
but a few adjustments to my setup has allowed this
reception where the signal is
poor. The signal never improves beyond a poor level
