15515 22/Mar 2131 AUSTRALIA, R Australia, EE. OM talks with several
references to R Australia and divulgation an address. It seems that the man
gives an interview to YL. In // 11650 kHz with the very weak signal; 11695
khz with strong QRM unidentified. In 15515 khz moderate signal, without QRM.
