[HCDX] Thursday Morn DX - it's still Chilly

Bolivia, 6134.806, Radio Santa Cruz, 1020-1035, Noted a
period of music at tune in.  
At 1024, male breaks in with TC and Spanish comments
about the music.  Back
to music at 1026. At 1030 promos and ID's canned.
Signal was good.

language comments.  Possibly the comments were news
items?  Signal was
