[HCDX] Finland 963 in German at 2257?

Can someone confirm that Pori 963 is in German prior to 2300? Brett Saylor, Dave Valko, and I had a very good signal here at 2357-2300 on Dec 28 while DXing in central Pennsylvania, USA.
