when did you have this message received? 

The problem is very complicated i URGE you  to read my 5 week thriller story

that  had everything: 
-suspension  of mailbox and 4 weeks  no email. Just to clarify  for the 
situation,  the seller i made a subscription change has provided me  a NEW 
account and i did a lengthy struggle to restore my email afer 4 tel calls of a 
total of 2 hours !!! and 1 fax in Athens  .Meanwhile the blocked mail offered a  
'holiday' only option with a null on the subject and ont the text . and was in 
default enabled . 

-change of computer with problems on and 2 weeks  with no computer 
-different login and  different mailbox after  restoring the mailbox . this is 
the way i connect now ! 

-temporary home blackout  from a short circuited hard disk mains adaptor with 
damage to the frame's  circuit , stil pending to do it. 

-and now  the  problem with sudden email decrease from 40 to only 5
