Bolivia, 4699.91, Radio San Miguel, 0953-1005,  Noted a very weak signal
with

music at tune in.  At 0957 heard a male in Spanish language comments.  

Unfortunately, the signal was just too weak to copy any significant details.

Bolivia, 4795.96, Radio Mallku, 0958-1005,   At tune in heard music being 

presented.  Signal was too weak to copy any details.  Music continues

through the top of the hour.  Signal was threshold.  (Chuck Bolland,

Peru, 5039.17, Radio Libertad, 1009-1020,  Music until 1012 when a male

comments in Spanish with the echo effect.  At a minute of comments 

the program returns to music again.  Signal was poor with noise on top.
