Anthem  at 0558. Flute IS at 0559 and opening French ID 
announcements. Talk. Local  rustic vocals at 0601. Fair. Oct 31.

tone  at 0441. Sign on at 0448 with IS consisting of local instruments 
including  marimbas and drums along with English ID sequence. 
National Anthem at 0457.  Opening English ID announcements at 0458 
and preview of upcoming programs.  News at 0502. Poor to fair with 
some hum in audio. If there was no hum the  signal would have been
