Stewart,
HCJB does not broadcast on any SW frequency but 6050 from Ecuador, and certainly not in German on 12040, right Allen?
What I hear on 12040 at that time is Radio Habana Cuba in Spanish, and earlier, sometimes overlapping after 2200, also RDP International in Portuguese.
HCJB does have a German broadcast at 23-24 on 9835, via CHILE.
