[HCDX] Channel Z Radio - Upcoming Test
Per http://hkdx2.blogspot.com/
Channel Z Radio (pirate) will be on the air on Saturday and Sunday (29 and
30 January) between 2130 and 2330 UTC, with 16 watts AM. Frq. 11.428.3 MHz.
Supposedly testing to Japan and of course other locales in Asia.
