Bolivia, 6134.832, Radio Santa Cruz, 0913-0930,  Steady music at tune in as
the signal 

improves from a poor to a good.   At 0918 as a tune finishes, a canned ID is
presented

Peru, 6019.182, Radio Victoria, 0920-0930,  Noted a male in Spanish language
religious

comments.  The male was David Miranda of course.  Signal was good and
judging from

the readout, Victoria has moved down a few Hertz from their previous
frequency.  Signal

Bolivia, 4795.978, Radio Lipez, 0932-0945, Noted music at tune in until 0934
when a

male comments in Spanish.  A little bit too noisy to catch details.  Shortly
a female is

heard commenting with the male.  Signal was poor.  (Chuck Bolland, April 7,

Suriname, 4989.996, Radio Apintie, 0945-1000,  At tune in heard a male in
Dutch

language comments.  Later a female joins in with comments.  Audio from
signal

fades by 0955 while the displayed signal image is still available.  (Chuck
