4976 29/Dec 2044 Uganda, Radio Uganda in English (listed),but it seems some African language . Local pop music. At 2046 quick talk of OM, then reggae style music (African?). At 2048 Om back talk with another by telephone. At 2051 clear African music. fair signal. (Jorge Freitas-B)
