[HCDX] dirty spurious signals in 31 mb
INDIA Puzzled me past 30 mins from 0245 UT Dec 31, a very dirty spurious
signal of some noisy cratches and undoubtedly of Urdu-Dari language family
music, like from Radio Pakistan. But instead is AIR Kingsway transmitter in
Urdu to Pakistan, which puts two symmetrical spurious on air on 9683 to
9698, but also on lower side on 9498 to 9506 kHz. Scheduled 0015 to 0430 UT.
