In two weeks time the winners of the $240 Book Prize Draw at the
Radio Heritage Foundation will be drawn.

Make sure of your chance to win.

All donors between September 1 2012 and January 31 2013 are eligible
and help cover the operational costs so that everyone who visits the
website www.radioheritage.com can continue to do so for free.

With every visit costing 50 cents to handle and not everyone able to
contribute, there's now a new Pay it Forward option starting at $5 so
those who can, make it possible for at least 10 people to enjoy the
hundreds of features, photos and radio station guides for free.

This option continues the co-operative tradition of the project for
the past 9 years, and those who can donate more this month will help
cover the $4,420 shortfall currently facing the foundation since
January 1 last year. 

On the bright side, about 80% of the operational charges for the
period have already been covered, and the remaining 20% is the
challenge to achieve before January 31.

During 2012, visitors to the website grew by almost 75% and come from
many parts of the world. The top 5 visitor cities are Sydney,
Melbourne, Brisbane, Auckland, Adelaide and Perth, with London, Los
Angeles and New Delhi also featuring strongly.

You can now see a map of where visitors since January 6 have come
from at www.radioheritage.com too.

The Phoenix Islands Protected Area is now recommended by the Radio
Heritage Foundation, and you'll see more about this conservation
project online today. Canton [now Kanton] Island was home of KIBS and
WXLE for many years, and the region is home to one of the most
beautiful coral reefs in the world.

To be in to win the $240 worth of books you simply have to become a
donor before January 31, and for those who make multiple gifts, there
is a bonus book prize as well. Well worth the effort!

The 2013 New Year Message at www.radioheritage.com has some important

>From April 1 2013, commercial and radio industry sponsorships are in
negotiation to cover 65% of future operating costs so that the burden
of meeting all operational costs is removed from donors.

And if you'll contribute towards clearing the $4,420 shortfall in
