VIETNAM, 7906 and 8294 kHz USB, VISHIPEL presumed the one in parallel on these frequencies this a.m.  At 12:05 and 12:35, alert tone followed by 5-minute broadcast by male announcer in SE Asian language, and then alert tone again and off.  At 12:05, 7906 was better here; at 12:35, 8294 was better.  (Delibert, N. Bethesda, MD, 2/10/13)
