BULGARIA Idhaa-tu Sharoopa (or Sharooka) is a new station in Arabic:
1600-1656 on 11620 SOF 050 kW / 195 deg to EaAf POWERFUL SIGNAL in Sofia
Weak signal also on second harmonic 23240. First was observed on Feb.11.
