[HCDX] R pakistan on 15725

15725 16/Fev 0944-1006 PAKISTAN, R Pakistan. Very weak signal of local music followed by Yl talk. Confirmation of listening in the SDR from Twente. In the SDR good signal, but the modulation is saturated, also on 17700. No signal on 17700 from my QTH (Jorge Freitas-B)
