[HCDX] Voice of Tigray Revolution - Ethiopia

The Voice of Tigray Revolution on 5950 from Addis Ababa Ethiopia is 
putting in a fair signal and is unmolested by QRM at the moment.  At 
0455 on 17 February a musical program was just finishing, and the 
station is scheduled to be on the air until 0530.
