On March 10th, around 0535-0620 UT heard in Tokyo-JPN, now 50 Hertz higher...

KOREA D.P.R.  6101.331 kHz very odd KCBS Pyongyang program, played martial
army brass band music around 0535-0545 UT. \\ 6400.0 9665.0 kHz.

Scratching jamming type heard on 6003.0 6015.0 6060.0 6348.0 6360.0 6480.0
kHz.

VoKorea Kujang outlets this morning
0500 Chinese  7220.000  9345.004  9730.000  NoEaCHN

0600 Chinese 13649.994 15100.000            SoEaAS
0600 English  7220.000  9345.004   9730.000 NoEaAS

March 9 heard 6101.21 (KCBS Pyongyang) with a hum at 1316;
in Korean and // 9665 (no hum). Both with good reception
here in California.

My guess is a mainpower net failure at Pyongyang around 14-15 UT,
noted very ODD frequency of KCBS in Korean at S=9+5dB level in
Nagoya of 6101.275 kHz, likely NOT Kanggye, but rather from
Pyongyang TX site. All other Kanggye outlets in various meter
bands were rather even or nearby exact frequencies today.
