11840 11/Mar 2258 CUBA, R Habana Cuba in Spanish. The signal from VOA since the Philippines is competing with RHC. Modulation of VOA wins here from my point of listening. At 2302 I realize an increase in modulation and not the signal of RHC. Neither of the two transmissions are directed to my region. (Jorge Freitas-B)
