[HCDX] VOA Radiogram
Sorry. It is a radiogram transmission, not of test
5745 17/Mar 0237 USA,
VOA Radiogram. Om talk in English, then signal of 1 kHz. No Spanish. Test? At
0242 quick music and more talk of Om and 1 kHz signal. Modulation is low
