11600 31/Mar 0110, UNID, HFCC indicates as New Organization, from Tashkent, Uzbekistan, 100 kW and azimuth of 131, does not inform the language, but appears Asian, Indian. At 0110 Om talk. At 0112 local music. At 0117 Om and Yl talk. At 0119 local music. At 0129 Yl talk, the ID, but I do not understand, the signal is degrading.
