[HCDX] ERITREA 9705

Voice of the Broad Masses, Eritrea, banging in here at 0309 UTC on 9705 
kHz  07 April 2013 with reggae style and Horn of Africa music. Hanging 
steady at S9 +.  Mixing it up pretty good.  Occasional transmitter 
fault-offs and they were on with a guitar interval signal with 
male/female announcements before scheduled sign on at 0300.
