When checked China mainland jamming this morning, also observed these two
log entries:

RUSSIA   21820.007  Very seldom noted ODD FREQUENCY operation of an
ex-Soviet radiocenter. Novosibirsk outlet some 7 Hertz less in 13mb,
at 0650 UT Apr 27, against RA SHP, CHN jamming stns in 13mb and VoRUS 
Irkutsk 21800 even transmission. S=9 signal in Tokyo Japan.

UAE   21780.013  DWL Bonn TV {and still small mini radio program} operation
in Hausa seldom heard these days after their self-mutilation in past three
operation years...

Hausa morning service to WestAfrica at 0630-0700 UT via Babcock brokered
transmission center from Al Dhabbaya-UAE, little odd frequ operation,
sidelobe signal into southern Germany at S=9+5dB level.
