Peru, 4955.00, Radio Cultura Amauta, 0020-0035,  At tune in, noted a male
and female

in Spanish language comments until 0028 when music is presented.  Signal was
poor

Peru, 4940, Radio San Antonio, 0031-0045,  Noted a male and female in
Spanish 

comments between music selections.  Signal is fading into the noise as music

The
