Re: [HCDX] CUB 4765
Nothing heard tonight as of 01:20 UTC. So maybe they mean it will start October 1 local time.
Wasn't this frequency once used by Cuba to relay Russian language programs for Russians working in Cuba? I have a vague recollection that the broadcasts became very poorly modulated and distorted before they finally went off the air. Maybe they've rehabilitated the old transmitter?
