[HCDX] Log submission

Hello.

I would like to  start submitting logs from my SWL catches on the weekends assometimesihaeherdstationsthatothrs have not logged. How doi go about this and would I be allowed to? One such station was:

6135 - AFIA-DARFUR/ Hello Darfur- at 03:00-03:30 udt 9/29/13 (32322.)
Talk in Arabic and songs. Last song before 03:30 sign off was rap style song. Heard Sudan and Darfur mentioned several times by male voice,sounded like news report.
