Checked some services in 60 mb on Victor's remote SDR unit at Ceylon island,
at 0000-0030 UT Oct 24.  73 wb df5sx

4009.979  Kyrgyz R, Bishkek, accordeon and local music,
         S=7-8 fluttery at 0007 UT.
4760.010  AIR Port Blair, Hindi SoAsian singer, S=9+15dB on Ceylon.
         0000 UT.
4765.058  Tajik Radio 1, Dushanbe Yangi Yul, local TJK female singer,
         0005 UT.
4795.000  Kyrgyz Radio Bishkek, weaker signal than 4009v kHz outlet.
         Only S=5-6 noisy.
4840.002  AIR Bombay in Hindi, S=9+10dB at 0012 UT.
4880.016 wandered down to x.011 kHz   AIR Lucknow, carrier on air
         at S=9+15dB level at 0010 UT,
         buzzy main power 4 x 100 Hertz peaks seen on either side.
         Test tone of 1000 Hz heard and spurious2000 Hz visible
         at 0013 UT.
4910.005  AIR Jaipur fair S=7 up to S8. Noted 1000Hz test tone
         at 0014 UT.
4920.000  AIR Madras, Tamil Nadu, heard test tone of 1018 Hertz
         at 0018 UT, S=9+30dB powerhouse signal on Ceylon post.
         19 kHz WIDE SIGNAL. Hit by PBS Xizang in Tibetan underneath.
4970.017  AIR Shillong, noted at 0021 UT with 1050 Hz test tone.
         Followed at 0022 UT by AIR interval signal.
4989.996  AIR Itanagar, morning flute music at 0024 UT, S=7-8 noisy.
5010.010  AIR Thiruvananthapuram, S=7-8 fluttery signal, flute mx.
5040.002  AIR Calcutta, powerhouse of S=9+30dB on Ceylon remote post
         Hymn sung by chorus at 0025 UT.
5050.000  AIR Gauhati, flute and drums music, weak S=4-5 signal.
