UAE/SEYCHELLES   15420.105  BBC WS English S=9+20dB on sidelobe in Europe,
takes not care of frequency ACCURACY - but thanks Eike's BBCWS listing, not
anymore from Mahe Seychelles relay, BUT moved from Seychelles to Al Dhabbaya
UAE site [this results in the inaccuracy sense] ... a lot of interview
comments on Nairobi student on Nelson Mandela decease and tribute program.

[later]  15420.031  BBCWS UAE at 0510 UT Dec 12. News on Ukrainian protest
movement clashes. TX wanders up and down little - 10 Hertz up to 15420.039
kHz.
