[HCDX] unIDed on 7310 ,6250 & EMR

Today on 0748 i found a  german  sounding station on 7310  with a program of
ompah ompah german songs and talks by OM in german . Does any one know  who can be? 

Also EMR  has been hear today on 7265  on 08xx and 0853 with IDs , freqs etc . ON
9480 on 0902  with song from Tremeloes . Both are poor 

second uinIDed on 6250 on 2122  with OM talking  continuously in KO for more than
15 minutes  with prg that seems  as religious Signal S5 QRM from FDM on upper band
