11880 29/Dez 1410 UNID, Nothing in any of the lists, Aoki, Eibi, Dan B13-131226-1400, HFCC. It seems to be an Asian language. Fair
signal in SDR Twente, in background, but with weak signal PJC. Seems VOA. The signal is degrading. Aoki B12:
