Yes,
a strong transmission from ?MBR Nauen? or ?TDF Issoudun? is underway at
present 1611 UT on 15215 kHz,
BUT heard only a carrier since 1600 UT
in US Massachusetts remote SDR unit at S=9+20dB or -51dBm signal strength.

I asked MBR Cologne bureau this week by e-mail request,
but no reply so far yet received though.
