[HCDX] AOR 7030+ Back up battery replacement...

Figuring that there are a few 7030+ owners (or in my case "borrowers") -

Has anyone replaced their NiCad back-up battery?

I opened "my" 7030+ and the NiCad looks great... but why wait.

If anyone has replaced, please let me know what to replace it with.
