"So we need a radio station. Seventy percent ofÂits content will be music; there will also be news broadcasts and programs forÂthe troops â where soldiers can say hello toÂtheir friends and relatives, request songs and share stories live onÂair. There will also be programs featuring interviews withÂexperts and military personnel."The new radio station will be reportedly funded byÂSpirit ofÂAmerica, a non-profit company which assists US military personnel deployed inÂIraq, Afghanistan and Africa. The station will be headquartered inÂKiev and will broadcast its content onÂthe FM band.Earlier this month the Ukrainian parliament approved the creation ofÂa new broadcasting company called Ukraine Tomorrow.
