[DX] VS: RFSpace SDR-14
Onkohan tämä samankaltainen viritys kuin joku
vuosi sitten markkinoille tullut "Time Machine".

Jotenkin suhtaudun epäillen siihen, että näillä saataisiin hyviä
tuloksia aikaiseksi. Mutta kuten niin usein ennenkin, saatan
olla väärässä.

in terms of suitability as a DX machine ?
It would seem that this would be capable of DRM and future IBOC DXing
(with appropriate software loading) as well as conventional AM/SSB/CW.
It can store a 150 kHz segment to a data file that can be played back
later. I wish that it could store the entire 0.5 to 1.7 MHz range, but
a one-hour sweep of 640-790 kHz or 1050-1200 kHz from the Rowley
salt-marsh during a serious aurora could still bring a lot of DX
satisfaction for quite a while after that.
It sells for about US $1000, so it's in the same realm as the better
WinRadio models and less than many of the better conventional tabletop
sets such as the 7030+. If the thing can DX in real-life situations
like a 7030+ or R8B, then it would easily be worth the price."
