If you have any delays, just cut'n'paste ALL the headers and send those 
to Lynn. You can see from 'Received' headers where the mail has been and 
when.

It is possible that there are occassional delays on HCDX servers when 
they are under heavy load. Especially at night time between midnight and 
2am Pacific time there are some other activities in the server that 
might very well cause 15-30 minute delays but 1h+ should be unusual.

In some cases the delay is administrative. I saw some requests coming to 
the list that required Lynn to approve them because the address where 
they came from wasn't yet approved.
