[IRCA] Help with UNID

Hi

Are there any members who can help with an UNID station in the Dominican Republic or point me to a www. site?

Details are: -

1640 Station playing back to back SS songs, fanfare and OM with ID "...Radio Bufay   16-40kHz.... Republica Dominicana..." followed by National Hymn and close. Time slot was 10:55 -11:03 EDT  6/24.

Any help appreciated.
