RE: [IRCA] KSRV

I'm listening to KSRV right now; I'm perhaps 120 airmiles from Ontario,OR. The signal is poor, with a lot of fading and interference from other stations, in mid-morning (9:45a.m. PDT). It plays oldies type of rock and roll; after every song always mentions one or more of these slogans: "The Cruise"; "1380 The Cruise"; "Yesterday's Best Music"  At 9:38PDT there were several minutes of local ads, with mentions of Payette (ID) and Ontario. At about 9:39 a legal ID was inserted, "KSRV, 1380 The Cruise".
