[IRCA] Son of Wobbler...

A couple weeks ago I started checking 960 for signs of the Wobbler.  The reason being, it appears to be located where a couple other Wobblers are thought to originate.  I have not heard a bonafide Wobbler yet, but almost every night I have heard something strange, and to me that means interesting.  It sounds like a drunk version of the Wobbler, slow and drawn out.  Sort of like the old fashioned police sirens that just woowooed.  Tune to 961 in LSB mode and see what I mean.  I have no idea if this thing gets out like an excited Wobbler, but for anyone who hears Cubans on a regular basis, it may be catchable.
