Some corrections to your list:
KRMS Osage Beach, MO is on 1150, not 1500.
KFOR 1240's city of license is in Nebraska, not Kansas.
KFH is now on 1240, ex-1330. Wichita 1330 is now KNSS.
WSTA 1340 is licensed to the U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), not Guam (GU).
KQYX Joplin, MO is on 1450, not 1560. They swapped calls with WMBH a few
years ago.
WTAW 1620's city of license is College Station, not Bryan.
The provinces of the Canadian stations carrying the show are not
abbreviated. "CN" is not officially recognized by the USPS. Here's the corrected
Canadian list:

I'm also surprised a number of Canadian stations are also carrying the
program: did the CRTC do away with the Canadian Content rules, or does the
Canadian Content rules apply only to music radio?
