East vs west...FL that is.

 

RVCI South Caicos, Turks & Caicos, booming in on 530 -- 9/17 at 2330Z -- with just a weak het. to signal R.Marti or Cuban antithesis.  6030 R.Marti w/ slight jam session underneath, easy for // test, but nothing to test against.

 

Maybe the Cammando will swoop to the east as in the past and give me another shot.
