| I recall 15+ years ago from San Diego when KSTR 620
went through a phase of cheating and was easy to log at night. Star 620 ID's if
my memory serves me. A few guys, who've checked 1100 at Grand Junction
sunset time are pretty sure KNZZ isn't switching to nite rig at all. CX were
really good to west Thurs night (last nite was good, but more spotty and less
stable) and they were ripping up WTAM. As for 620, no trace of KJOL, but it takes some
nulling to get past WTMJ and CKRM is simply overpowering (commonly trashing WTMJ
on westerly antennas is good cx). How CKRM's 10 KW (supposed DA) puts in so much
signal is beyond me, even if they are only using 1 stick ND. 73 KAZ Barrington IL
