I wonder if the carrier could be Lakewood CA tis station on 1620???? They've been on again off again..

There is a big carrier on 1620 right now at 2:48 PM PDT. I noted similar a week or two. It's pegging my S-meter so must be strong or local. Seems to be looped NW-SE. Who's playing with a new transmitter?
