[IRCA] HAR WPVS 690 530 kHz

Hello,

 

Washington State HAR station WPVS 690 on 530 kHZ is back on the air.  They have been off for about a month.  Station is located at Exit 14 on Interstate 5. Antenna is on the North bound exit between off ramp and Highway.  I live about 7 miles from transmitter, signal is S-9.   Current programming  "Wet Weather Driving Tips".  Got lucky and heard Turks & Caicos 530 kHz on 10/31.
