The first morning of December turned out to be very much like the
last one of November:
594 JOAK Tokyo, JAPAN A bit stronger than yesterday. Poor with
man and woman in Japanese at 1345, but up to fair by 1410.
693 JOAB Tokyo, JAPAN Woman in Japanese at 1442. Also better
than yesterday.
747 JOIB Sapporo, JAPAN Weaker than yesterday, with only traces of
talk at 1445.
774 JOUB Akita, JAPAN Fair with woman in Japanese at 1346, up
to good by 1415.
828 JOBB Osaka, JAPAN Language lesson, //774 etc at 1412.
837 unID Traces of talk at 1437.
1116 4BC Brisbane, AUSTRALIA Poor, with woman caller to talk
show at 1411.
1566 HLAZ Cheju, KOREA Fair/good with hymn, then woman in
Japanese at 1357.
1593 unID CHINA Nothing like as strong as CNR1 yesterday, with just
traces of talk at 1449.
Overall very similar to yesterday, with some better and some weaker.
The upper band in general was not quite as good, with no VOA on 1575,
and a much weaker signal on 1593, though Korea on 1566 was at least up
to yesterday's level.
