[IRCA] TP 17 July Victoria version
Mostly high band DU (likely New Zealand?) carriers today, and yet
also a tentative HLAZ
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
no
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
no
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
no
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
1386 Indian vocal music 1210UT, likely Tarana
1566 woman talking Chinese inflection 1159UT; HLAZ?
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
nothing else seemed to be Asian;
576 702 756 1098 1332 1494 1503 1584 1593 seemed to be DU
best wishes,
Nick
