[IRCA] TP 2 Aug Victoria version
A big disappointment after yesterday's showing (i.e., back to normal)
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
no
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
no
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
no
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
594 3WV woman talking 1159UT, pips, fanfare, then and man talking
612 man talking, DU English inflection 1256UT, but gone by the hour.
774 man talking, Japanese inflection 1124UT
828 man talking Japanese inflection 1146UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
747 1323 1566 seemed to be Asian;
558 603 756 seemed to be DU
best wishes,
