[IRCA] TP 23 Aug Victoria version
Except for the low band around 1300UT, that was the morning that DX forgot...
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
612 man and woman DU English 1320UT; assumed 4QR
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
the above passing through
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
the above passing through
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
531 unD, man talking rapidly, likely a commercial, sounding DU
English 1319UT, possibly 4KZ?
594 3WV man and woman talking, DU English inflection 1259UT, 2 pips
at 1300UT and ABC fanfare, all quite weak
702 2BL man talking, DU English inflection 1240UT, but no
parallels, and was down on the hour, recovered enough by 1301UT to
snag parallel with 4QR, but still very poor
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
nothing seemed to be Asian;
 576 585 1098 1503 1548 seemed to be DU
best wishes,
Nick
