[IRCA] TP 9 Sept Victoria version
A slow start today, but DUs lasted until 1355UT on the lower band
(when my recording ran out)
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
612 4QR woman talking //594 1336UT, still going pretty strong 1355UT
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
558 likely Fiji, island vocals 1322UT
594 3WV woman talking //612 1343UT
792 4RN woman talk 1324UT, no // available, but at 1333UT, was //576
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
639 5CK man talking, phone in program 1320UT; // weaker 891 at 1322UT
675 RNZ National man talking //756 1315UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
549 2CR woman talking 1313UT //594
576 2RN as below; not too strong today
585 7RN man talking //576 1304UT
621 3RN man talking //792 1334UT
702 2BL woman talking //612, very weak 1313UT
747 4QS woman talking //612 1337UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
nothing seemed to be Asian;
