Station Intel lists WVOJ as being silent for the last 8 months.

I know people are just trying to help here, but why are some pointing to
this being WCCM? I've spent enough time DXing with Jim in Nfld. to know
that he can tell SS from PP!

Jim, I suggest taping at least an hour of this station and then asking
someone totally fluent to listen to it if you can't figure it out yourself.
