[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 12 February 2018

  Another interesting morning here in Alberta.  The Asians were down a 
little from yesterday, with Aussie signals a bit better.  Some checks 
earlier on showed the big Japanese had decent audio by 1100.  4BC was in
by 1000, and was the star of the morning, with pretty much continuous 
audio from then until past 1500, at times clear enough for them to sell 
advertising in Alberta.  Sunrise here is 1456.

1116	4BC	Brisbane, AUSTRALIA	Doing very well this morning with ad string 
at 1428, then back to "McLaren Overnight".

1188	JOKP	Kitami, JAPAN	Man and woman in Japanese at 1159, NHK pips on 
the hour.  Only traces of audio noted later with man speaking at 1438.

1242	JOLF	Tokyo, JAPAN	Traces of woman in Japanese at 1445

1287	JOHR	Sapporo, JAPAN   	Woman in Japanese at 1443

1548	4QD	Emerald, AUSTRALIA	Interview between man and woman at 1432.

1566	HLAZ	Jeju, S.KOREA	  Talk by a man in Chinese at 1435.

1593	CNR1	Changzhou, CHINA	traces of talk in Chinese at 1436.

1611	unID	AUSTRALIA	the faintest of audio, with woman talking at 1437

For some reason Korea on 972 didn't make audio here today, though a 
quick check showed it doing OK back home in Dunmore.  One of those 
propagational quirks I guess.  On the other hand 4BC was far better here 
than down there.

Certainly didn't see the TA action here that the BC boys noted.  A few 
carriers was about it.  Did finally bag Montreal on 1610 though.
